In the universe where someone is an underdog, sings next-to-last, sings better than last week, and fights for it.
The 'sing-off' is a veiled attempt by the producers to control the outcome of the show. Vino crushed the sing-off and gets his ticket punched as a reward.
I bet Vino beat Diamond in the public vote.

I thought you were referring to Paige, but then I realized Paige didn't sing in the next to last spot. This week Paige managed to get out from under the horrible influence of her mentor, and we finally saw what's been missing since the auditions. She's fought hard to be her own performer, and Simon gave her the kudos she deserved. And, most importantly, she sang significantly better than CeCe. Who tonight, let a little bit of the 'mean girl' we saw during the auditions rise to the surface again at the beginning of the show.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.
I wish they sent Cece home last week. No way is show worth $5 million. I really want to know who really got the least amount of votes, including the ones that got sent home. They only show the results of the ones that stayed. I don't like that the mentors decide who go home. It's no wonder why this show has the lowest ratings of all the other reality shows.
I think so as well.OTOH, I do like Diamond, she looks entirely different than when she started on this show, she has matured. But she doesn't have the voice Vino does.( sigh)
