All ya gotta do is google Stacey Francis fraud and Perez Hilton is pretty much all over her story. Enjoy.

Personally I find these humane mouse traps rather ineffective. Better to lay down some glue and when you hear the critter scream you take a shovel to his head.

Stacey has had all kinds of opportunities to make it big - IF she had what it takes. Sure, she's a good singer, but IMO, not that great. She doesn't have anything more than a lot of very talented people have. If she did, she wouldn't be on this show now - unless she had already made a name for herself and was a judge.

I'd be surprised if Simon doesn't already know Stacey's past. Surely his staff can do the same digging that Perez has done!

To be honest, I don't think TPTB on this show care. So many contestants on these singing shows have a background in entertainment. For Pete's sake, when the Voice was on, folks here at FORT were saying that several contestants had participated in/actually won previous singing shows. The winner of The Voice had actually had a recording contract, but got dropped by his label. (Granted, he was with a group then, but still, they had a contract with a major label.)

Now, whether this will affect Staci's popularity with the voters remains to be seen.

Stacy's career past is now on my Comcast page. The problem with Stacy is not that she has had a fairly successful entertainment past, but the "poor me, no one has every giving me chance," storyline IMO is pretty much a sham. How much of that is X-Factor editing I don't know. IMO though she is playing into the storyline. She has even had mascara running down her face while she crying for sympathy votes. After all she also is an actress and that mascara trick just showed to me she isn't what she claims to be. Who knows she might be a plant to give the show a buzz, because it certainly has done that. I think we might have seen the beginning of her downfall on the first live show when Simon called her a church singer, which is ironic, since she played one in one of her first films.

Wow...like one of the judges said, the Stereo Hoggz are the type of musical act who are missing from today's music. Reminds me of the late '90's when we had a plethora of all male R&B groups to choose from Blackstreet, Jagged Edge, Old Skool, etc...ah, good times, good times...

As for Drew, the girl just blows me away. There is something so haunting, so pure about her voice. This girl has a huge career ahead of her, with or without X-Factor. Reminds me so much of a young Sarah Macglauhlin.

The rest were ok. I still gots me some mad love for Chris Rene...it wasn't his greatest performance, but I'm willing to bet we'll see better from him in the coming weeks.

Too bad for poor Dexter...hope he finds success in some way.

Loving this show so far. Love the glossy production values here. This show is what The Voice tried to be, but way, way better.
I watch for Chris he is unique and honest and he has a large fan following he is so humble on twitter and on youtube his young homie performance is almost at 8 million views the posts there show the Team Chris LOVE
