He should win by default...he's the only biological child?? By goodness, give it to him. Or at least give some to him, and whomever else is related to the guy...sheesh.

Also, he was the only person (during the request for "advantage") who told Bill Sr. he loved him.
I can see why Billy and Bill Sr don't get along. Once Silicone Penny moved in, she eliminated all the competition for Dad's WHOLE estate.
I loathe having to cheer for this little punk bastard. However, cheering for his competition would be worse.
You've got to love him, because Penny hates him. He really loves his dad but the witch came by and snagged Billy(sr).
