We live in a pretty conservative area (we were just lamenting at how everyone in our neighborhood has Bush signs up) so we are used to the political thing.

I wouldn't care how my family was portrayed, but I would be very concerned about what my daughter would go through. What if the other mom was some rage-a-holic? I'd be putting my daughter right in the line of fire.

so I'm guessing you are in the Grand Rapids area or Oakland County.

My neighborhood the signs are running 50/50.

Awww... I've never seen that show, but I was just reading your old posts on the subject.
I'd love to do that! Let them have at my house! I'd bulldoze as soon as look at it.
Hmmm...... wonder what they'd do to a Maine House,,,, maybe Santa's Village with a Reindeer Landing on the roof?

Not only that......I also worry about what the kids go through at school after the show airs. That would be my biggest worry. Some of these kids come across rather, what shall I say, odd, and I would hate to see how they might be tormented by their peers. But then again, I can be a worrier.......

The Mitten State....as in Michigan. The lower part looks like a mitten.

The "Mitten State", Michigan. Because it looks like a mitten.

One of the women on tonight's show lives about fifty or so miles from me. There was a nice piece in today's paper about her experience.
After the show, I will tell anyone who wants to ask any questions about her experience.
