"When planning your holiday meal, Organize & Prioritize! Make lists and organize the order in which things can be cooked. Tape the lists to your kitchen cabinets and mark them off the list as you go along. It keeps you organized and makes you feel accomplished as you cook."
Bobby Flay's culinary versatility is evident in his work as a chef/restaurateur, cookbook author and television personality. His restaurants in New York City, Mesa Grill and Bolo, which opened in 1991 and 1993 respectively, are highly regarded by food critics and food lovers alike. Flay took his talents to the small screen in 1996 when he debuted on The Food Network. Since then, Flay has hosted "BBQ with Bobby Flay," the Emmy-nominated "Boy Meets Grill," "Food Nation With Bobby Flay" and "Hot Off the Grill with Bobby Flay." Currently, Flay serves as the food correspondent for "The Early Show" on CBS and is the author of numerous best-selling cookbooks.

Bobby, Bobby, Bobby. Lovable jerk, or just a jerk??
-
He looks absolutely evil in that photo.
-
I vote for just a jerk. Watching his show, he just comes off as a condescending food snob.
And he does have that pointy eyebrow, Heat Miser kind of vibe going on, Mariner. *creepy*
-
Ugh. I refuse to watch any show he appears on.
-
Have you seen him on Iron Chef or Iron Chef America?
I vote for hatable jerk.
At least our other two Iron Chefs (Mario Batali and Masaharu Morimoto) are respectable, and maybe the other judges on Wickedly Perfect will be as well.
-
Will NOT watch if he's on here. How sad.
I started "hating" him after I saw him compete on Iron Chef, USA -vs- Iron Chefs.. Anyway, he complained about water on the floor, the extension cords and said that that's why he couldn't 'work well'.. or whatever. Then, when the final 10 seconds was going on, he jumped up and onto the cutting board. I'm pretty sure it was Morimoto he was against, and Morimoto who was CLEARLY bothered about Blobby's actions, said so to the camera.. he also said Blobby clearly doesn't respect the kitchen.
He acted like a flamboyant jackass the whole show, to the point I was embarrassed for the U.S cuz of the way we may be portrayed.
He's also a class A arsehole on 'his show' that I've caught once or twice...really demeaning to his guests and snippity.
Had no idea he'd be on this show.. too bad. Yet, another reality show ruined instantly for me.
-
Uggh. Flay is a moron.
He's not an @ss. He's a pimple ON an @ss.
-
I can't stand Bobby Flay, it's a huge reason for me not to watch this show.
-
I wouldn't let my dislike for Flay dissuade me from tuning in. I'm sick like that! Seriously though, I'd be watching just to see him heap the snark on someone :lol
