Love. The. Outfit.
The power description is a bit lame... but who cares if that's the outfit she's wearing! Except... parts of it are a bit gross. Bugs are bad enough, but it also invokes piles of garbage.
Also, this is the 2nd hero here who's synopsis mentions sweating. Weird. And unsettling.

That's one SUPER push-up bra.
Her look obviously needs some tweaking. The ring through the nose works for an artist but not a superhero.
It seemed to me that her helping the old lady was sparked by seeing Hygenia do so first. I think she saw that and then deduced that it was part of the challenge. To me that means she has less of a real instinct to help people, but it does give her extra points for cleverness.

I don't understand where she got that name from.
"Basura" is the Spanish word for "garbage." I think her superhero persona assembled the costume from the trash, has a secret lair in the dump, is a friend of roaches, etc.
She's Hobocop + Joe's Apartment + sex appeal, basically.
This might be just me, but she reminds me of one of the people Ross the Intern interviewed when they did the "Tonight Show" bit. I remember thinking the same with Monkey Woman in the first season. But, that might be just me.
As far as Basura, I like her, but she's not one of my top favorites, at least yet. I think her costume looks great and the gloves add to the outfit, even if it's to hide sweaty hands.
She was one of the people he interviewed.Originally Posted by jadewarlock;2495717;

She has two custom costumes?
When she came out, the costume Stan designed for her has shorts with thigh high boots.
Ahh! I see now! Thanks for the clarification!Originally Posted by Mantenna;2494778;
