Yahoo has an article about this show that I've posted below. The show is premiering on July 26.

    Spider-Man Creator Seeks New Superhero
Friday May 5 10:52 PM ET

The creator of Spider-Man and the Incredible Hulk is on the hunt for a new superhero, and he plans to find it on reality TV.

Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee said Friday that his new reality show "Who Wants to be a Superhero?" breaks new ground.

"I've never lived in a world of reality," quipped the 83-year-old writer.

Eleven wannabe superheros whittled down from 200 are set to compete in the show, which is scheduled to premiere July 26 on the Sci-Fi channel. The winning superhero will be the star of a new comic book created by Lee.

The reported catch-phrase for those who don't make the cut? "Turn in your spandex!"
I am excited about this show. It sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun to watch. The catch phrase is absolutely hilarious! It looks as if we'll have plenty of reality shows to watch this summer.

I can't wait for this. People magazine gave it a good review in this week's issue. It looks funny.

I have no doubt it'll be fun towatch, and also make me run the risk of losing IQ points.

Anyone else notice almost all the males have superstrength as one of their powers, except one guy who's an air controller.

I think this will be great - and kudos for Stan Lee participating - that will get viewers in itself!
