    I loved that performance too!
This battle didn't compare to Jordis, but I thought Lindsey was better than Lee.

    Cee Lo chooses

Jamie (sandwhich maker) Vs. Jamar (formerly on american idol)- I Want To Know What Love Is

It looks like they have a little bromance that may rival Blake and Adam's.

Jamie's voice is cracking something fierce. Poor guy.

Baby Face and Cee Lo try to provide comfort and advice.

Ah, Jamie is the sandwich maker I liked in the begining. Hope he does well, he is struggling. Jamar seems to be taking to it more.

ETA: If Jamar keeps bringing up his HIV it will get very annoying. Sob storys crammed down my throat diminished my desire to watch IDOL.

Jamar is so totally going to win this round. But I don't know the feasibility is to pick a song so far out of Jamie's register.

I really like this battle. Jamie seems to have gotten over most of his nerves. But it won't be enough.

Very dissapointed in the choicde of Lindsay-she didn't sing the song so much as play weird vocal gymnastics. She didn't convey much whereas Lee I thought naied it quite well, keeping the intent of the song and pronouncing the words cleartly enough- I liked the tone in his voice. I don't believe Blake never heard Heart Shaped Box. I can understand someone who isn't involved in music deeply not bein g aware, but someone like Blake? I don't buy it.

Also, I kfelt Sarah did a much better job but she didn't stand a chance against someone who was prepared to play the `sex sells' game with that bondage/`I just came from a HAir meets Xena The Princess Warrior' audition. While I appreciate a good unique voice there's no way I could listen to that nasaly growl through song after song. Sparingly yes, but if that's how she sings all thye time, wow, total fingernails on a chalkboard.

Again, not a surprise. Jamar moves on.

    I really liked Jamie. Sigh!

Poor Jamie is tearing up, he makes me feel badly for him.
Jamar really did dominate that battle though.
