Wiki has info up already. Not sure if it's true, but it says that:

Bryan and Amanda were the Top 2 on Team Adam and moved on. Then Adam saved Melanie, eliminating Joselyn and Loren.

Terricus and Cassadee (what??) were the Top 2 on Team Blake and moved on. Then Blake saved Michaela, eliminating Liz and Julio.

Can anybody confirm this?
