Liz (Country crooner who was very solid and who Blake showed his CCMA to) vs. Nicole (also a country crooner whose family moved to Nashville)

They're singing a Miranda L song "Baggage Claim"

I like both of these girls. Damn Blake for pairing them against each other.

They're both doing a great job. It's a very natural pairing for this song. It's so unfortunate one of them has to go!

Liz is giving off a Gretchen vibe (from RHOOC) with her styling/hair/makeup. I'm not holding that against her

It's such a tight battle. Either choice would have been ok. I'm glad he went with Liz.

Too bad that none of the other coaches used their steal for Nicole. She has a really interesting voice.

Ack, poor Nicole. That's almost harder to have Blake come back after. Sad.

I don't get why they call it the "steal". In actuality they're not stealing anything, considering the other judge rejected that person. Unless of course it's steal from one of the other judges who also want that rejected person on their team, I suppose.

As a complete aside, I'm pretty stoked for Adam's acting debut tomorrow on AHS!!!
