How did he and the judge's handle the rejection? That's the one part of shows such as this that I don't enjoy

Jared looked heartbroken, and the judges remorseful and respectful. He's the only one who's been outright eliminated so far. The others have had at least 2 mentors pick them.

I like these judges/mentors. Even when they reject a contestant, they often say something like "It's because I thought you'd do better with another mentor."
