What CIA is explaining about time codes kind of confirms my long held theory that they adjust times somehow. It explains stuff like how they reconciled airplanes and stuff like that.

Hmmm. Knowing DC kind of helps in this mini-game. The Old Post Office Tower is in a shopping mall built around... an Old Post Office tower. Its well known to locals, but its not typical tourist fare in DC.

well I for one hope its the guy who got laid off and is trying to get some money to make a better life for his family...I know what its like to lose a job and have to scrounge to make ends meet

The problem is that we don't know, or much care about these people. I think the producers thought it was a way to involve the viewing audience. Instead its just bored them.
