| Re: Kelly Wearstler, Judge Top Design 2 IMO - Her hair was deserving of "what was she thinking" this week. The frizzy hair sticking out to the side of that hat, whoa.....what was she thinking. Her hair looked dry and over processed. Not a good look, if she just tucked that part of her hair up in the hat, or curled or even conditioned it, it would have been a better look. It looked like straw sticking out of a hat kind of like the scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz.
