I didn't hear it mentioned as a prize, and who knows maybe it was and I just didn't catch it, but more likely it wasn't. Maybe the network is going to sell it off at a premium as a "seen on tv" specialty loft (and Carisa's too), as one show did a while back, I can't remember the name of the show, but it featured teams of house-flippers designing two condos and the winners got the proceeds of the sales of both condos. It wouldn't be very practical as a prize for Matt, who lives in Chicago anyway, but I was somewhat expecting he's get to keep the loft for winning.

Oh yea, I remember that show. They auctioned them off at the end. I'm vaguely remembering Malibu in the reality name..
