Oldham looks to have gone overboard at the Plastic Surgeon's office. He has taken on the facial characteristics of an alien.

Seriously - compare his new look to just 4-5 years ago. The dude needs an intervention before he does any further disfigurement to his face. Some people simply do not know when to say when. A little touch up here and there is fine and if done by a skillful professional it is hardly noticeable and can make significant improvements to ones overall appearance. Oldham on the other hand looks to be visiting Michael Jackson's doctor.

I am surprised no one here has posted about this obvious change - my wife and I could not believe his new look.

Oldham face does look a little disfigured and IMO a quite boring host. hopefully i can get used to him.

He seems like a nice guy, but his voice sounds a little too rehearsed.

Most hosts do not. Ryan Seacreast, Kat on Can You Dance, Arsenio Hall on Star Search, etc.

I think Todd's fashion style is hilarious. Johnathan Adler referred to it as "Toddler Chic" in his blog.

It takes a special skill to host a show and not all actors can do it well. Chevy Chase is a good example. You have the ability or you don't and Todd just cannot do this job. A reality show host must have a strong persence to provide an anchor. Top Design is twisting in the wind.

Todd is not the only fault but a good place to start if they want to revamp and do another season.

Replace Todd and get a new set.

I remember reading something where he said he didn't want to be a judge. I think the producers asked him and he said he would do the mentoring but not the judging.
