I think he's doing the banana scallop thing again because his menu is a journey of his time on the show. I don't think it's the best idea but I can see how he's tying it in and making it work.

MFWalkoff, the other two chefs were famous but no one I had heard of. I don't remember their names.

I have no idea who the other 2 chefs are. I've only heard of Eirc

Ugh, it sounds like he's trying to be an showman instead of a chef. If the food isn't incredible they usually knock people down for that...

Richards menu is a progression.
Lisa is Thai/Vietnamese with some flavors that will shock you.
Stephanie's is using bold clean flavors with two proteins in each dish and veggies and fruit.

They like Richard's 1st but thinks it needs to be simpler. They don't like the sauce from Lisa's but otherwise seem to think it's ok. They like Steph's and seem to think it's the best.
