Michelle Bernstein is one of the guest judges. Josie recalls MB was on the panel that sent her home in her season.

Emeril tries to pass around the platter of grease that was left over from Josie's "Southern" (not!) fried chicken.

Sheldon's chicken legs come clean so he gets kudos for that.

Typical Josie: Michelle Bernstein was the judge when she got sent home a zillion years ago, so Josie has some personal grudge against her. "I couldn't even look at her."

She wasn't out to get you, Josie. You made a dessert drink that tasted like Pepto-Bismal. It wasn't personal, it was the food.

Stefan does more of a cordon bleu version of fried chicken.

Josh says he did "fried chicken."

Brooke finds out she did not hire two of the judges as line cooks many years ago. She says, "I'm having a bad day."
Wolfgang slams her chicken. So does everyone else.
