"Whatever you are, be a good one." – Abraham Lincoln
The challenge is to cook in a moving goldola on top of a ski resort. Get out and get a new ingredient and get back in and then serve at a Mountain Resort. It's cold, Paul and Sara are motion sick. All chefs are having problems with motion. Iron Chef Bev seems to be having the easiest time.
Horse Radish is the most popular choice at the Mountain Stop.
"How do you know the chosen ones? No greater love hath a man than he lay down his life for his friend. Not for millions, not for glory, not for fame... for one person. In the dark. Where no one will ever know or see." - Sebastion, Babylon 5
And it is a Elimination Challenge.

Lindsey wins the challenge and moves to Final Three! Paul came in last, Sara third, Bev second. No elimination yet. The three have another challenge. So relived. I want Paul to WIN!
Interesting note, Lindsey didn't have enough Salmon, but cut her Salmon in half and pulled it off. She recovered well.

Next challenge the food is all encased in ice. They have to break it out to use it. Insane!

Paul helps Bev and Sara get ingredients. Paul wins this challenge in spite of helping the others. So final round is Bev vs Sara. Should be interesting!

And now the show changes theme and becomes Top Ski! WTF, skiing is not part of cooking!

Neither is shooting, unless you're cooking the game you've killed, and I would guess not many Top Chef contestants have done that.
I came in late, just as the Sara/Bev challenge was starting, but it sounds like a lot of what's gone on tonight has precious little to do with cooking. Considering this is the final four, that kind of stinks.
Sara: My goal is to stay calm, and be a really nice person.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.
