Wow, Richie, Richie, Richie, you make me want to root for Mike. Didn't think that was possible. Ego much?

Rooting for Antonia! Kick the boys arse, girl!

Quickfire ~ Wolfgang Puck and Padma greet the last three Cheftestants. They've chosen 7 classic quickfires from past seasons, which they get to assign to their competitors. Mike chooses Antonio and gave her canned foods. Antonio chooses hot dogs for Richard. Richard assigns Mike One Pot. They have 45 minutes to cook.
Antonio decides to make curry coconut soup.
Mike decides to do a spin on pork and beans, using a pressure cooker.
Richard decides to make his own bread and sauce to go with store bought hot dogs since he doesn't have time to make hot dogs.
Padme then walks in and asks for their attention. They get to assign a Classic Top Chef twist to their competitor (cooking with 1 hand, no knives or hand tools, the double apron twist from season 7) Richard assigns no utensils for Mike. Antonio chooses 1 hand for Richard, which leaves her being aproned to Carla! (Hootie Hoo!)
Wolfgang complimented all three dishes.
Mike said condescending comments about Richard's food, as well as Antonia's.
Richard ... a little too ketchupy? All in all, a very nice sandwich.
Antonia ... soup delicious, too concentrated.
Mike ... balances, pork a little tough.
Winning dish was eye appealing, great flavor ... Mike. Mike gets $5,000 from a winery.
The guys are driving me crazy. Antonia needs to kick their butts!

Elimination Challenge ... Wolfgang Puck, Michele Berstein, and Iron Chef Morimoto wait for them at the Ocean Club. Their task ... prepare and serve their last summer. Mike gets to choose which meal he wants to prepare. He picks Michele Bernstein, and assigns Morimoto to Antonio, with Richard getting Wolfgang Puck. (Mike wants to compete v. Richard in the finals, he says.)
Padma says that there's one final surprise, in a sealed envelope.
Puck (Richard cooking) wants apple strudel, Goulash, Spaetzle.
Michele (Mike cooking) wants fried chicken, biscuits and gravy.
Morimoto (Antonio cooking) wants miso soup, pickles, sashimi and rice. He specifically said the rice should all be the same size.
Antonio discovers her fresh fish is "almost rancid."
Richard freaks out as he can't open his pressure cooker.
Lots of tension.
EEEEEEK
This is SOOOOO stressful. I want Antonia to do well so badly, but I hate to see any of them go home!
