    I'm worried, Carla.

    You never try something in the Finale that you've never done before! And Casey crashed horribly in her finale, she couldn't do off-the-cuff menu planning, so I'm not sure I'd trust her ideas.

    I am really hoping that doing the sous vide will work for Carla. Sous vide has been good sometimes and has crashed horribly other times.

    I remember Richard soing sous vide last season with Salmon and it didn't work for the judges at all. I don't think I have ever seen beef done sous vide though
