I'm so glad to have read your post because I had been very distracted by her scar. It is so large and almost looks like writing going up her arm (I wondered if it was a tatoo or burns). I have actually paused my DVR to try and figure out what it was. Now that I know, I feel very impressed by her fortitude and will also stop being distracted by it.

Tom's restaurants are all named either that or variations of that, I believe, other than Gramercy Tavern.

I've been to Tom's restaurant in NY - Craft - it was good. Very expensive.
I've never seen this show, though.

Actually, this commercial is the reason why I Can't watch the show. :ohno

Sat down yesterday afternoon for my daily dose of guilty pleasure. I watch STARTREK: ENTERPRISE. (I have a thing for Connor Trinneer).

Anyway . . . . . the episode (Precious Cargo) was about "an exotic-looking alien female" who is cryogenically preserved for space travel. At first, the only thing you can see is her face. The "pod" malfunctions and she is thawed, with no side effects at all. The voice and speech patterns are unmistakable, but I called my daughter into the room for confirmation.

It is indeed Padma!

"Enterprise" Precious Cargo (2002)

People magazine is reporting that Padma is pregnant! The father has not been identified.
