    BIO: A restaurant consultant living in San Francisco, Zoi began cooking at the age of 19 and has worked with some of the greatest chefs on the West Coast. After traveling extensively through Europe, she believes her food reflects her love of Greece and Italy.     it's spring time - so let's bring Little Bo Peep over here with her flock.

    When I think of spring foods, I think of asparagus (as spring is the only time we get decent asparagus here that isn't the texture of wood), and maple syrup (harvested in the spring). Maybe a nice pork loin with a maple plus cayanne pepper flavor to go with the asparagus, but I'm no chef.

    Zoi looks like a friend of mine, so I hope she does ok.
    Help fight cystic fibrosis or just learn more about it at the cystic fibrosis foundation website, www.cff.org and help give my little guy a better future.
