Basically, she made a comment that it would be nice if Richard and Stephanie would congratulate her for getting to the final 3 and by not doing so just shows that they didn't want her there.

I'm so scared that Lisa is going to win. I don't remember where I read that spoiler at, lol, but I put zero stock behind spoilers. Silly to be scared that somebody I never met and hope to never meet will win but this is one of my favorite shows and after the HUGE disappointment that Ilan winning was? I don't want to see another awful contestant winning.

misslada OK...so Lisa gets mad and comments that Stephanie/Richard could have congratulated her. Something about "I guess you guys think the wrong person won". Stephanie looks at her with no expression what-so-ever and says "Sorry. Congratulations" and my love for her goes even higher. Classy put down heh heh. Richard said at one point ""You won the f**** bronze medal. Congratulations. There you go."

What irks me about the above? Isn't Lisa the one that has said that she isn't there to make friends? Then why expect others to be friendly towards you when you've been nasty all season and have thrown people under the bus? She got what she stated she wanted. No friends on the show.

Biggest disappointment I've seen on this show - with the possible exception of Ilan - who I never liked.

I like Lisa and Stephanie. I don't care for Richard. I honestly thought he would get out first. But sadly, Richard will probably win because he's a guy and girl's can't win Top Chef

Richard is a very good chef. I've wondered for some time if he has not brought the wow factor to every challenge just so he can go all out in the end and really blow the judges minds. Even by his own admision, he has been downplaying it, under promise and over-deliver. Kind of keep the judges expectations from getting really high beofre F3. We know he is capable of making truely amazing stuff.

Stephanie has made amazing stuff as well. Her style is different than Richard's but the results are just as impressive. It's going to be a great F2 battle between him and Stepanie. I'm rooting for Steph but will be happy with a Richard win. The both deserve to win.

If I recall correctly, RIchard made a comment early on in the series about downplaying it a bit. Can't recall why or what episode, but I remember him saying some such thing. I think you may be on to something.

I'd be happy with either a Stephanie or Richard win. I'd eat in a restaurant run by either. I also like Antonia's cooking. I think she's a little less outstanding than the other two, but head and shoulders above Lisa as are Dale, Spike, Andrew (whom I couldn't stand but would have kept over Lisa), and a few others.

My instinct, which is frequently wrong, is saying the winner is Stephanie. I think the judges believe they are equally talented and picking Stephanie will give them the desired outcome of a deserving female Top Chef. They gave Richard the win for the car as a consolation prize.

It was but Bordain made the same observation about their team in Restaraunt Wars. I can't remember if Richard made comment on it in confessionals then though. Didn't Tom (or one of the other judges) also mention it during another challenge? Something like "you kept it simple for you". I don't have it taped so I can't go back and check. Just seemed like I have heard that sentiment expressed on this season about Richard before Steakhouse
