BIO: Antonia worked for executive chef Lee Hefter at Spago restaurant for six years and is now Executive Chef at the popular L.A. restaurant Foxtail. A single mother living in Los Angeles with her 7-year-old daughter, Antonia comes from an Italian background and says fresh linguine with white truffle is her favorite thing to cook. She always has aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oil on hand, and root beer floats with her daughter are her favorite indulgence.

I love that cheese board. Mmmmmm, cheese. I'm also a fan of rootbeer floats, and hope she does well. I like her linguini with white truffle recipe a lot better than the spring beets (ack, beets, gross). I wonder if she's a vegetarian, as she doesn't mention any meat.

I can't stand Antonia. Twice when on a team she's had thoughts about food that was going to have to sit and the difficulties with that (bellinis and chicken strips) and rather than say anything to the people she's supposed to be working with she just talks about it to the camera behind their back. But then when they want to make that soup, that's when she speaks up. Also I just think she's really mean and a snob. Boo, Antonia, boo.
