Top Chef Seattle 2/27 Finale Pt 2 Show Discussion *Spoilers*

"Finale Part 2" They're doing it in front of a live audience, something they tried once in Season 3 (Hung) and never did again. Obviously it was taped within the past couple of weeks, and from the promos it looks like all the previous Top Chef winners will be there.

    So, Brooke or Kristin?

    Enjoy the show!

Brook's sweet and talented, but this was Kristen's season from start to finish. For me, Kristen is the 'first' female winner of Top Chef. (Stephanie is very talented, but she won because Richard choked)

Just can't express how thrilled I am for Kristen. Yay Kristen!

This was definitely a finale where I knew before it started that I'd be happy no matter who won. Both of them deserved to be there. But I have to disagree with you on the first female winner thing Uncle David. Stephanie earned her way into her own final, and cooked great food. And when you compare what she's done since Top Chef to what Richard has done since Top Chef, her talent as a chef is unquestionable.

I agree and I believe she would have won even if Richard had not choked. She was consistant and excellent all through her season.

Yay, Kristin! I am looking forward to see what she does next.

I was sad for Brooke. I also felt like this was set up where Kristen would win. I also feel like Tom really favored her. I found the whole thing rather anticlimactic. I didn't like the live show.

I was hoping with her non-dramatic personality, Brooke would win fan favorite. Seems like she should have won something! ahh well, I guess she did win some challenges. I'm just sad for her because she worked so hard.
