The episode starts out with Josh talking Josie Smack.
Not that anyone disagrees, but getting the opening camera time and dissing a fellow competitor usually does not bode well for that person at the end of the hour.

Perhaps our final meal with Josh -- ??

Good to see Curtis Stone again, I've finally gotten used to him.

Iceberg lettuce Quickfire on board a cruise ship (no gas stoves) -- this has to be an advantage for Stefan.

The Quick Fire is to create a tasty 1-bite delight using iceberg lettuce.

Stefan sees the humor in this. "Get it? Iceberg lettuce -- on a cruise ship!" He thinks its quite funny, especially when Josh is dead-panned in the face and doesn't seem to get the twist on words.

P.S. If I heard correctly, the chefs have to make enough of these 1-bite wonders to serve the 200 people onboard!

What a shock -- Josh is wrapping the lettuce around some bacon!

EDIT: Turns out Lizzie is using back too -- and anchovies!

I'm pretty much out of here for now. The 3rd period of the Blackhawks game is underway () and I will not --and cannot-- deny I'll be distracted.

No clunkers among any of the dishes -- they liked them all.

The winner with the best flavor and best use of the lettuce is: Sheldon! He's really stepping up lately. I thought Stefan had it in the bag the way they were talking.

He gets an advantage later on, no more immunity. For now, the chefs are getting manicures onboard the ship. Comedy hijinx!

Josh's wife is at her due date for their baby while he's on the ship! Meanwhile Stefan is talking about all the times he's gotten laid at sea.
