Hugh has had a annoying attitude all season.
"How do you know the chosen ones? No greater love hath a man than he lay down his life for his friend. Not for millions, not for glory, not for fame... for one person. In the dark. Where no one will ever know or see." - Sebastion, Babylon 5

We got to see more of the food this time and that is a plus. This was the best episode so far and that only because the crowd has thinned. Still it suffers from the change in format.

I thought Hugh should have gone, as well. The woman who left addressed an important food in their history. We saw the fiancee comment, a pretzel and a salad, I am happy, or something to that effect. I thought this was far better than a chewy piece of beef, a hunk of broccoli and the every present celery root puree.

They served way too much food at every course. The judges and only taste each course; the diners should have been educated on this!

When a team is called upon to create an entire meal the chefs stuck with the salad and dessert course are always vulnerable. Any chef going on this show had better come prepared with a recipe in mind for either of these choices.

I will see this through to the end because shows about food head my list of favorite things.

I'm so happy she is back. I like her so much better than the other critic that has been on the show.

Yes I like her too. She always has interesting things to say and critiques that make sense without being harsh.

Celina Tio. She also competed on Iron Chef last season.

I thought Hugh should have gone home as well. He's pretty dang uppity - cooking down for a client?
Ask me to show you poetry in motion, and I will show you a horse.

I am not that fond of Hugh either but he made sense with this statement. If a client hires you for a certain food, oblige. They are paying and give them what they want. There definately is a case for this even though I understand the counter point. It must feel insulting for seasoned chefs to deal with food critics on a reality show.

Gail Greene put out for Elvis and he calls he "mam" when asking for an egg sandwich...I guess it is just me but that story made me feel very sorry for Ms. Greene. So you were a whore and he didnt even know your name, yeah, nice story.
