Interesting mix of chefs...they don't seem as loveable or friendly as last year's chefs.

The gas station Quickfire! Yay! I loved the Chinatown fakeout.

That red Cheeto mac & cheese looks scary, like a bunch of vein grafts for a heart operation.

Jimmy thinks he and Govind are the most harmonious duo?

Well, it's CLEAR he hasn't really TALKED to Govind, yet!

Wonder how much Govind's hair weighs?

I used to think Govind was super sexy, before I saw him work (and bitch) through these challenges, LOL.

I can DEFINITELY do without the constant sniping on his part . . .

Re: Top Chef Masters 2 (Premieres Wed. April 7th) - News and Speculation

Oh oh.... I toally forgot to watch. I'd better check my guide so that I can DVR the premiere show before next week's episode.

Well, that left a little something to be desired. Govind was a turn off, to be sure. But I think all of the chefs were taking things too seriously. I miss the camaraderie from last season; the team challenge didn't do it for me, and I think 6 chefs is too many per episode. And the worst part, I wasn't in love with any of the food!

But, hopefully it gets better as we go. Looks like next week we get all of the familiar faces from last season. That should spice things up.
