    That's what happened for the LeCirque challenge in S3, as well (for the Quickfire). I think it's to showcase traditional/classical training.

    (BTW, I'm not watching in protest of my Jeffy being gone, but I'm catching up with you guys here. So keep up the good work.

    Stefan's is excellent. They say it's almost exact. Sauce is thicker but tastes the same.

    Carla ran out of time but the other chefs plated for her, and she made it. Tom says the dish is one of the more difficult dishes and Carla did well. Eric seems impressed too.

    Hosea- close with the sauce, not close with the cooking of the fish. Tom also says it's overcooked and didn't rest. Sounds like it's "the least precise" so far.
