Really! Isn't gumbo supposed to cook for a very long time? And crayfish I bet are hard to cook right.

I've only actually watched crawfish cooked one way down here - boiled with spicy new orleans flavors, corn on the cob, and mushrooms, and then thrown into a rowboat for a crawfish boil. Gumbo - if you're making the roux from scratch, would certainly take longer than 20 minutes. I have no idea how Carla did that.

Andrew's dish didn't look NOLA-esque at all to me.

Okay, Andrew's impersonatio of Stefan was hilarious!

And I agree, Fabio's getting the loser edit. While I hoped it would be Leah, she's not going anywhere since her dish won. And Stefan's was so close to call among the judges, he'll be fine as well.

As much as I love Fabio, if he's up against Stefan, Fabio should probably go home. Stefan is the stronger chef. Now that he's been brought down a peg, maybe he'll be more tolerable.

No surprises here about Jamie beating meatloaf girl.

Well, Fabio got the field goal, so he's not as bad off as Stefan and Jeff, but I still feel like he's going home. :-( He is weaker than Jeff and Stefan.

Jeff just can't dumb down his dishes just a little. Same comments every time for that guy.

At least Fabio got a field goal. Season 5 wins!

That's right....I used to watch my mom make roux and it took forever.
