You have to have serious skills to do that. Is it even healthy?

Ahhhh.. this must be the episode where Anthony Bourdain makes an appearance. I don't mind "variety meats", but I will not eat blood (unless it's from a rare meat) or brains. I just would not trust either.

Chicken feet, pig's blood, animal parts...Sounds like what is served in restaurants across mainland China.

A couple of months ago on the Travel Channel I watched Anthony Bourdain do a tour of restaurants in Mainland China. He was eating much of what is being used in Episode 5 and loving it. My reaction was how can a skinny guy like Bourdain pack away so much food? I wish I could have sampled some of that pig's stomach for myself.
