1/11 Top Chef Colorado - Show Discussion

Now That's a Lot of Schnitzel - Padma and Richard Blais inspire the chefs using "Tasty" online videos and challenge them to transform the most laborious dishes from their own menus into accessible 30 minute dishes for home cooks; and German chef, Keegan Gerhard, exposes the chefs to authentic Germanic food and tasks them with creating a unique Beer Garden.

    Enjoy the show!

Bummer -- Lee Anne was suffering from severe altitude sickness, so she has to leave the competition.

I hope she tries again in another season (All Stars?) -- she's always been one of my favorites.

Yes. Sad to see her have to make that decision. I'm surprised others from coastal states are holding up as well as they are. I grew up at altitude but after being on the coast for years, I went back to visit and got sicker than a dog. It didn't clear up until I got home.

Stinks that she had to leave because she was pregnant. I hope she has a chance to compete again.

I'm just really enjoying this season. I love the different chefs and they are so creative. I haven't seen a crudo yet!

I was worried Chris was going to fall on the sword, they kept cutting to him in the judging segment. So glad he had immunity. Hope he bounces back.

Before we begin, what are the parameters of the guessing game? How many guesses do I get? Is there a time limit?

His restaurant is in Brooklyn, I can't wait to go. I'm planning a lunch with my Brooklyn friends. I *need* that lemonade fried chicken!

Lee Ann’s baby Rye and Bruce’s baby Jude are both featured on their Instagram pages. Both are seriously adorable.

Brother deserved to go home. The task was to make a spin on Germanic dishes and you make...eggrolls? Boy, bye.
