Not too sure about this one's chances... Centro Latin Kitchen and Refreshment Palace? Refreshment Palace? It sounds like one of those places to stop and eat inside the park at DisneyWorld....possibly a shopping mall type of place.

I guess these bios were all constructed while the contestants were in a hot room, most of them are mentioning salads, with no cooking involved...

Good one! I bet she is in her 40's and prefers to appear as a young up and coming chef rather than "older".

She is going to go home very soon, probably next week. It doesn't seem she has much talent.

It's the blonde hair and dark roots. She needs to go to her natural colora and she'd be beautiful.

I don't think she'll get to the finals, but I actually think she'll turn out to be one of the better cheftestants.

I want to shape her bangs. I looks like she cut them herself. They look good in this pic but not on the first episode. I agree, go back to your natural color, the blonde is aging you.

I work in Boulder and believe me, there are some strange names in this town. I've been to Jax's (Hosea's and I will be going back now that I have seen him on TC) but haven't been to Centro. I'll see if I can squeeze in a casual/non-stalkerish walk-by some time this week. They are both on the same street and right by my office, so should be doable.
