The winner hasn't had a comment on his thread since January 1st? Pretty sad.... But, he was a pretty sad contestant. More focused on Stefan than his own food. What a disappointing winner.

    Ditto that!

Hosea has such a bland personality that I hope we see Steffan and Carla come back for future episodes over him. He seems like a nice guy and all but both he and his food were completely uninspiring.

I would have enjoyed his victory more if it wasn't so Phyrric, but meh. :/

Congrats to Richard Blaise (and Hosea) for winning Top Chef.

Hosea is from my husband's home town, so I should like it. But I really, really wanted Carla to win. Dang it.

Are Hosea and Leah still together? I can't wait for the reunion special.

I started out as a Hosea fan but when he and Leah steamrolled Arianne, I lost all interest.

As time went on and I watched the videos on Bravo, it is clear that Steffan, for all his confidence is the most compassionate of the bunch.

And, Hosea's personality is flat as a pancake. Steffan is much more entertaining.

After his support of Carla in the finale, I am now an unapologetic fan of Steffan's. I hope Steffan pops up in future Top Chef episodes over Hosea.

The first of many "I don't care if you think I'm a d-bag, I won so deal with it" interviews:

It is sad that both his parents are ill. And he displays some empathy for Carla. But I just can't get behind him as TC. Carla stood for something good and noble, and Stefan would at least command begrudging respect for his skills. But Hosea? He's the Bad News Bears Top Chef.
