    Casey - Season 3

    Casey

    AGE: 29

HOMETOWN: Cedar Hills, Texas – currently resides in Dallas, Texas

    PROFESSION: Executive Chef, Shinsei Restaurant

    CULINARY EDUCATION: Self-Taught

FAVORITE SIMPLE SUMMER RECIPE: Big Burgers

The executive chef at Shinsei Restaurant in Dallas, one of the most successful in the state, Casey's cuisine incorporates Asian and Mexican cultural influences. This rising star lives by a simple yet time-tested cooking philosophy -- serve food that people want more of. Casey names tartare the most romantic dish because it's raw, risky, ice cold and delicious. Her outgoing and confident manner will "serve" her well in the competition.

Is this the one parading around in a skimpy bikini in the previews? If so... GO CASEY!!!

I never thought she would go anywhere. I am pleased to see she has been hauling it in the last few episodes. I personally think she's going to win it.

i think she's finale material. at first, i thought she'd be the one to get eliminated in the middle. but now it's finale time, and i think she's got it. her and hung. <3

I really hope she doesn't win but it looks like it's shaping up for her to be in the final 2.

I've had my eye on Casey from ep 1. Casey, Tre and Hung. Glad to see Casey doing so well! I was surprised she didn't win either the quickfire or elimination challenge this time, there were many positive comments about her dishes.

I think she's going to win this season. She's been really rolling the last 3 weeks and has definitly pulled ahead of all the others. She has a wide range of knowledge and she's taken alot of risks. She has failed at some risks but she's also succeded at them more than any of the other chefs have.

With Tre gone, it's between Casey and Hung. Hope she wins!

I would love to see her win...Hung is the better technical chef..no doubt.
However, it all comes down to the last challenge.

Hung is the better technical chef of the entire cast but Casey is more creative and a risk taker. The most inventive thing Hung has done was his cereal smurf village. if it's not a "classic" (in his own words "something his pet monkey could do") he's done poorly. His not being able to accept criticism and his own mistakes will only hurt him in the long run
