I think Survivor has finally evolved to a place where it is about the game - not the relationships. People are finally learning. I think Amanda and Cirie get it just about better than anyone else. The ARE playing the game, and while it may hurt, they put strategy above all else. Which is really great to see - esp. for women.

Well, I had been rooting for Amanda, but I knew she was in trouble when she gave the absolutely wrong answer to Cirie's question during the final tribal council.

Cirie: Why does Parvati deserve to be in the final two more than me?

Amanda's Answer: Parvati was a power player, made a lot of bold moves, blah blah blah.

What Amanda Should Have Said: You were too great a player Cirie, I didn't think I could beat you. That's why I brought Parvati with me to the finals.

Amanda didn't too as terribly at the final tribal council as she did last time, but both times while watching I sat there thinking, "She's giving away $1,000,000!"

I thought she really was going to win this time. At least she has Ozzy as a "souvenir".

I'm disappointed she didn't win. Again. But, at least she made it to the final two. Good luck to you, Amanda!

There were two things she did/said that annoyed me last night. First, she should have told Cirie that she didn't take her because Cirie would have beaten her easily. It might not have swayed Cirie, but it might have swayed another juror. Second when she said second place gets nothing. Hello? I would love to have the "nothing" prize of $100,000.


I wish she would have won and not Parv. She played a good game but, like last season, screwed up at TC.

Between the million and Ozzy-yeah, Amanda's the real winner here I was so disappointed that Amanda lost. Between her and Parvati I wish she had won. Jeff was right when he said that was an interesting final TC. I think even if she took Cirie to the final 2 she would have lost. All of Parvati's votes, including Parvati, would have gone to her. Anyway, congrats to Amanda for making it to the end on both her seasons!

I think the jurors don't want to feel like they lost to a loser, and by being emotional and disjointed this time Amanda really cemented that "L" brand on her forehead.

Poor Amanda if the reunion of China was shown before she entered this game, she might have won this one. Amanda is the best player if she doesn't have to open her mouth. I would love to watch Amanda for one more season to see if she learnt, but I guess she would never do it again after 78 days in a row from start till the end.

She should still be proud of herself, how many women in the world can spend 78 days without breaking down? Too bad the jury thought her tear was fake. Well, I don't mind losing Ozzy to her, lol. Though I have some doubt with the relationship, it just looks kinda weird, I don't know.
