Considering Courtney didn't care to be there the first time, I'm glad someone else got it, especially Amanda

PG is the only other female from that season I would have cared to see. But that makes more sense why Amanda got asked, because I figured from the producers stand point PG and Courtney would be at the top of their list.

I liked her until she back stabbed Peih Gee and the weight that she gained doesn't look great on her. For some reason I see her and Pavarti getting into it. I really want to see Courtney or Peih Gee in her place and yes, I love them both

I didn't not like her, she just seems like an odd choice.

Well, since taping for this show would have started at the very end of October it would have had to have been strictly producer's premonition as to who was their favorite or who they thought America was going to like best. They would have only been able to use the initial fan reaction for the choice.. which surprises me as Peih-Gee was NOT well liked at the beginning. Not at all, so I'm surprised she was their first choice, if true.

But these are also the producers that describe Johnny Fairplay as a "favorite" so they are using that term liberally.

Too bad they didn't just drop the idea of a female from China, then--Amanda won't add much to this new season eithe, I don't think. She will be the female "favorite' we see the least of, I think.

Well, PG was my favorite from China so I would have loved to see her. Amanda was my 2nd favorite. James is my least favorite EVER. Yes, I will venture to say that I loathe him even more that JFP! I'll be looking forward to seeing James and JFP leave first!!!!!!

I'm just glad they didn't ask back Denise, after all the flap right after China ended. She had "popular support" like Rupert, but he was a complete disappointment in the ASS season. Hopefully Amanda has learned from her mistakes, and she'd definitely be wise to get James on her side so he doesn't spill the beans she was in the finals.

Yeah, I think the main problem with having Amanda back is that she's confronted the Jury, and shown that she isn't up to it. She isn't Winner material.

All the other fans are "untested". It's a mystery how they would do on that final night. But Amanda is a known, failed, quantity.
