| Our Interview with Shawn Cohen Shawn was eliminated, while Jon was spared. We took the opportunity to ask him some questions about why, and some other things as well. Here's what he had to say: Why do you think you were eliminated while Jon was kept around? I was perceived as a threat were as he wasn't. He couldn't lift up himself if he had to. You and Rupert had a "deal", and previously you and Jon had a "deal". Do you think switching alliances hurt your ability to stay in the game? I think switching alliances allowed me to get as far as I did in the game. What do you think of the "Outcasts" returning to the game? Do you think it's fair that someone previously eliminated can still compete for the million dollars? Unconstitutional, I believe as far as the integrity of survivor. What happened during the "coconut popcorn" argument that we didn't get to see? It seemed like it came out of nowhere. We had about five minutes before we had to leave for a very important challenge and Jon was being Jon going off on him about the popcorn was more about letting out my frustrations for him rather than about the latter... You and Jon obviously didn't get along at all. Who did you get along with best of those who were left? I wouldn't say Jon and I didn't get along, but rather we butted heads at times. Good Question? What was your strategy going into the game, and how did that end up working? My strategy was to be as dynamic as the game itself, in other words, being ready to change my strategy as the game evolved. It got me as far as the game would allow me to go... I.e.: "THE TWIST" Do you think your early bond with Burton hurt you later in the game, after he'd been eliminated? Possibly, but that's all speculation. If you could do it over, what would you have done different to improve your chances to win? Wouldn't life be great if we could go back in time and alter our choices to change the Outcome of what may have been... We do the best we can at the time we do... Thanks, Shawn, for taking the time to answer these questions for us. And as always, to CBS for the opportunity! | |

| Well, I appreciate Shawn getting back with us. His answers seem rather terse and, at times, even surly. But if he's still torqued about the twist (which I kind of am), I can understand that. Thanks, John and Shawn!

I miss Shawn on a purely base level as I found him to be a bit of a hottie. Thanks to him for answering the questions. He may well have been brief, but at least he got back to us.

| I would say that some of the answers were evasive at the least. Probably could help figure out who he is voting for at the end if he had answered differently
