i'm not sure that makes sense. a person with immunity still votes. so if two people have immunity, there are only nine people who you may vote for, but there are still 11 votes cast.

somehow there has to be an even number of voters, which to me means someone does not vote, or someone gets two votes, or a double elimination of some kind.

personally, i wouldn't be surprised if someone won a second vote somehow.

where did the information about the rock come from? maybe there are more clues there

ETA: i thought for a second that a hidden immunity idol might be a factor, but that would have to be played after the first vote - it wouldn't solve the problem of odd number of voters in a revote

Let it be known that I love purple, rocks, and purple rocks; all outside of this show.

One of the disgusting things about this show is the lack of published/known rules. I spent too much time on previous seasons trying to understand the HII rules, to no avail.

Forget rules/reasons, just watch this show for whatever entertainment vaule you can find.

Ever since Marquesas, it's been fire-making. Before Marquesas, it was the trivia, and back in the first couple seasons, it was whomever had the most votes going up to that TC against them. Kimmi had opened her mouth about Jeff having votes against him, and the Ogakor 5 all voted him at the merge while the Kucha 5 voted against Colby. The votes took out Varner.

I definitely agree with the fire-making though, because it gives them a chance to earn it. The fire-making in Cook Islands was a total disaster-talk about pathetic. I can definitely see there being a tie of some sort tonight, and I think Russ could beat almost anybody in firemaking.

Based on the previews, TPTB seem to be showing RH to be in jeopardy, but I'm betting that he will win immunity (due to challenge orchestrating/tampering).

My guess is that here comes the tie. Shambo's going to have to show her hand. It's going to come down to whether Foa Foa plus Shambo survive TC intact or Galu minus Shambo does.

The tiebreaker better not involve anything purple.

ETA: Oh, and last night's editing makes me think Natalie is going to win this thing. Suddenly, the plot to get rid of Erik was her doing and she's killing an albeit tame-looking rat. We also got Jaison talking about how much she's grown. Up until now, we've just seen her playing a good social game. Now we're seeing her as a player.

Not sure what's worse- all the face time Russel gets or all the posts about how much face time he gets. Although I guess I'm not helping there

I was kind of a Russel hater before last night's show, but after him finding yet another idol, I can't deny he deserves a lot of the attention the show gives him. I was not wanting him to win after hearing he was Final 3, but now I think I would be ok with it

and if you guys are right about Natalie getting a winner's edit, I sure hope she makes some good moves soon and doesn't just try to stay on everyone's good side (while that's a good strategy, it doesn't make for a very interesting show
