I think "Good question" was his response to "Who did you get along with best of those who were left?", implying that he didn't get along with any of the remaining players.

That would have been nice, but as you say, I thank him for taking the time to answer at all.

It would be great if CBS could add the site to the list of for telephone interviews next season, particularly as it's All-Star.
