Survivor Gabon: Earth's Last Eden *Spoilers and Speculation*

I sent an add to ace on my myspace. he sent me as message and said he usually ads people through his other account and gave me the one to his photo one. he said he hopes i enjoy the season because it was amazing.

I'm pretty impressed with this cast after watching the interviews. Usually there is only 2-3 people that I am rooting for pre show, but this time it seems like there are a few I actually like. There doesn't seem to be too many of the hootchie like chicks (other than 3 maybe??), there are a few guys that gross me out, but like I said, it seems kind of diverse this year, but we'll have to wait and see. Can't wait, and I wish they wouldn't have pushed it back a week..

Just reading through the bios-is Randy for real? I mean, I know some people try to come across a little hard as the seasons villian/sweetheart/strategist/sex kitten, but I think he's going a little too overboard. I can't even believe they'd put a bio out there like that. And I see he's already got his excuse ready for losing-he'll just blame it on any twists, even if there aren't any.

No one's really jumping out at me yet to root for.

No boot spoilers leaking out yet, but here's some things Probst has said in interviews regarding this upcoming season (I'll put them in spoiler tags just in case no one wants to know-but like usual this could be much ado about nothing-and these aren't really hard core spoilers):

[[On the subject of showmances there are no hardcore relationships that evolve, but Probst said that Marcus, one of them most arrogant guys they've ever had on the show, had three people after him at once-and not all were women.

It does look like the idol is back in play, and Probst is again hyping that it'll be used in a way it's never been used, he was amazed at what happened, and that it had so much power this season it's like they didn't know how to use it (he also says idol s get played like they never have before, so he's hyping more than one). So it might relate to what was posted earlier about a contestant being able to pick a clue to the idol or a creature comfort for camp. We'll see if Probst's hype delivers.

He also mentions this season has a good vs evil theme and basically makes it out to sound like one tribe will have viewers rooting against them, while we'll be rooting for the other like crazy-hence the good vs evil, and that the idol twist about tempting the contestants with a creature comfort over safety of sticking around at least 3 more days ties into the theme.]]

And it's a tribe pick 'em, but Survivor Fever has the tribe make ups up on their site:

I did think of that, but I recall a poster getting upset one time when they lurked into a spoiler/speculation thread and there was spoilers posted. I guess because it said speculation, so they weren't counting on spoilers. So I figured I'd cover my bases there I agree with your point though, beware in any thread, because sometimes people let spoilers slip out (accidentally or on purpose) in other threads. I did see the links with contestants, but nothing about the tribes anywhere, or any of the other spoilers, except Survivor Fever. They had several different links to Jeff interviews about what was posted above.

I'm wondering if the female dominance near the end of last season will mean we'll get a male alliance near the end this time to counterbalance that kind of thing happening again.
