So the rumour rumblings are that it's a Chinese island. Oh well. That's a whole lot less fun.

The Spratly Islands are being disputed over between China and the Philippines. A show there would be stepping in very politically charged waters.

If it's an island being disputed with the Phil.s it seems like the local culture is unlikely to be very "Chinese"....just more South Pacific islanders again. Is it confirmed where in China it is set?

Sagarmatha National Park, Nepal - This one would be my first choice, and think it could be really interesting, with the beautiful scenery and the wonderful local culture. Adjusting to the altitudes would be an incredible challenge in itself. Obviously, you couldn't have them try to tackle Everest or anything... though, that would make for a helluva reality show in itself...

Other non-traditional places I'd enjoy seeing are the Canadian Rockies, Greenland, Iceland, Alaska, some of the islands off Britain like the Orkneys/Shetland/the Isle of Man, and the high Andes. New Zealand could be a good one, too.

One rumour I read was that All-Stars 2 will be back in Palau.
I kinda liked Palau as a location.

It could be a load of nonsense, however.
