Mike Zahalsky - Survivor 35 Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers

    Biography
    Age: 43
    Hometown: Parkland, Fla.
    Current Residence: Parkland, Fla.
    Occupation: Urologist

Hobbies: Archery, watching Game of Thrones, and fishing.

Pet peeves: Double dipping because I am a germaphobe.

Three words to describe you: Intelligent, enthusiastic, and determined.

Who or what is your inspiration in life?
My wife and my children inspire me to be a better version of myself every day.

If you could have three things on the island, what would they be and why?
A photo of my kids because I love them, a deck of cards to play with, and an extra pair of underwear.

Which Survivor contestant are you most like?
Boston Rob—because he was smart and socially strategic.

What's your reason for being on Survivor?
To teach my kids to follow their dreams wherever they take you. When opportunity comes knocking, answer the door.

Why do you think you'll "survive" Survivor?
I've been a fan since Season 1 so I understand how the game has changed. I am smart, I am strategic, and I am social. People will be hugging me as I vote them off.

Seems all-around weak, and he chooses Boston Rob; one of the most overrated, undeserving winners of all time? Don't have high hopes for him.
Pools I'm running: Survivor: (Due Oct 4)
    Pool History:
Masterchef 5: Cutting Board Game Hunters: Second to Last
Survivor: San Juan Del Sur - 200k DNA - Pool Winner; Kaoh Rong - Fourth Place
Hell's Kitchen 7 - The Boulevard of Frozen Dreams - Wooden Pitchfork

Right? He'd better learn to deal with dirt and germs and bugs pretty fast.

Points for being a GoT fan, though.

I feel like I am either going to love him or hate him and won't know until it starts.

Claiming that people will be hugging you as you vote them off? Anyone that good is probably good enough to not claim that and just do it.

We will see. On the fence for MikeyZ. Early boot or else a late jury eviction is my guess.

He's my doctor and if his awesome personality comes through as it does with his patients, he'll do fine.

Cool! I'm really liking Dr. Mike. He started out as one of my early favorites, simply because he struck me as what Cochran will be like in 20 years with a wife and kids, possibly going through a mid life crisis I was worried early on about the way Joe was targeting him, but he's been great since the swap. Last night he probably moved ahead of Ryan to be my current overall favorite of the season
