I wouldn't want that to happen. The confessionals are as best a tool as we have for guessing the real thoughts of the contestants. If the votes were cast that way, then we'd have very little to go on as to what's actually on their minds.

Not to mention, next season would be exceedingly boring, because all the contestants would be so careful about what they said...

So, perhaps it's best if Mateo is just a very talented, but dimwitted, little psychopath.

I would be happy if Matt, Butch or Christy won. If Jenna, Heidi or Rob wins, I am never watching Survivor again.

I want either Matt or Christy to win. I hope Rob is voted off soon!

I think I read somewhere that Matthew had never watched Survivor.

    I don't think he's a strategic genius...although I'd love if I was wrong.
If you go through a lot of hammers each month, I don't think it necessarily means you're a hard worker.
It may just mean that you have a lot to learn about proper hammer maintenance.

I would LIKE to see Christie or Butch win, but I don't see how that's gonna happen the way it's going right now.... I suppose out of the four that have teamed up (who will most likely get rid of Christie & Butch the following shows) I've have to say I'd like Alex to win ....

I hope things turn around though, you never know ...... :-) Maybe for once someone really truly deserving will win.. (yeah right.. lol)

I thought Richard, Ethan and Brian were all deserving in different ways.

I may not have liked Richard or Brian, but I thought they were at least 'deserving'.

Vee - not in the least. I still scratch my head as to how that happened.

I want Matt to win because if he does, I win a cool Survivor beach towel in the office pool.
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

I also like him better than everyone else in the game at this point, and I've convinced myself he's masterminding everything while appearing to be completely oblivious. That would be good television.

Of course some people thought Jan was a mastermind who was playing everyone with her "crazy act" last season.
