Well, more of an individual. Somehow the young 'uns all blur together for me, while I can easily picture all the members of the older teams except Shane, the youngest "old male". Except Bobby of course, but that's race for you in our society. Sally and Courtney I recall from their hairstyles, but if they change them they will be interchangeable blondes to me for a few more weeks.

As a viewer, I agree. A lawyer, an astronaut and a rocket scientist are not blue collar schlubs barely eeking out a living either. That's exactly why people like Gary from last season keep past and present proffessions a secret. Of course if I was out there in the game and found out the true occupation, I'd want them gone.

This guy is my favorite and very nice to look at . . one of those "older" hunks that just keep getting better.

He is one of my favourites, too. Not because he is (exceedingly) handsome. I just have a thing for Father Figures. (Shockingly, Dan and Tom are/were two of my other favourites. Also Roger and Jake)

He seems like a genuinely good guy who will be loyal to his alliances. I really admired the way, when he approached Nick and Austin, how he said "We will try to get everybody to the merge, but if we have to start dropping people..."

He could have said "Let's get the girls out now!", but he didn't. To me, that made me think that he is a hardcore team player which, of course, I respect. So, yeah. Go Terry.

The majority of people going through college have massive student loans to pay back on top of that put medical school and law school or a masters and you are looking at a possible or $40,000 to $100,000 plus in debt and you are still in your 20's. That is not an easy thing to get rid of even if you start with a $35,000 a yr job. If you get married in 5 yrs and add kids and a mortagage a million dollar prize is a sweet deal. I don't think you should be kicked out of the game cause you make more than a living wage. You have tremendous opportunities in this country and you shouldn't be punished for it.

Terry may be in charge of La Mina, but righht now that's almost like being captain of the Titanic. Right now he's headed for a fate like Andrew - the strong leader of a struggling tribe that gets picked off as soon as the merge hits. The idol he found saves him once, but beyond that - he'll have to win every IC just to stay.

I'd feel differently if I was the one in the game though. There are lots of opportunities, there's also alot of people that work 2 jobs to barely get by and can't afford health insurance, rent etc.. I wouldn't be so openminded to give a lawyer, who will make great money in his lifetime, a chance at a million when I live paychaeck to paycheck. I could care less if they have student loans. They will make it all back and a heck of alot more than most people will ever see in their entire life. It's hard for people that don't make a living wage to sympathize with someone that does, when your talking about winning money

The majority of folks live paycheck to paycheck in this country. The more you make the nicer stuff you can afford and you are in debt like everyone else regardless of salary, your debt just expands expodentially the more you make.
