    What happened to my post?

I asked if anyone does screencaps of previews for next week or where that I could find some.
Is there a rule against this on this board?

I'm thinking this season will be less boring than Vanauatu, and personally, I'm rooting for the tree-climbing, fuzzy-haired skinny girl.

It was a good start. I hope they keep the momentum going.

I felt sorry for Wanda seems she was targeted from the beginning because she just wouldn't stop singing and people were starting to go is she weird. Here is a big fan of the show and she didn't last the day. (When Coby, who considers himself an outcast thought she was a tad off, I sorta got the feeling her days were numbered).

Jonathon?? and Stephanie showed poor strategy diving off the boat as soon as possible, but I luved how Coby turned that around and got Jonathon voted off. Stephanie was lucky that didn't happen to her.

Coby was fun, it looks as if we have just found our next big strategist. He was subtle about getting Jonathon booted.

Back to Stephanie, think I will call her Big Mouth from now on. She was a pain in the ass in the challenge and I am glad they lost it. It would have been fun to see her and Jolanda get into a major cat fight because that is exactly what would have happened with 2 such strong personalities.

Jolanda was doing well and had Angie targeted but she sealed her on DOOM when she tried to be too bossy. Notice how all the women voted against her. That is telling right there.

I just wish Angie had more self confidence. I think it is that lack of confidence that people sense and that is why they go for the kill. What's his name from all stars had tats and you really didn't dwell on that because he had a strong personality. I didn't like how Coby dumped her that was probably strategy but it was nasty. I feel for her.

Ibrehim - all I can say is I hope I do not see another Osten. Every young built African American male that appears on Survivor will be judged against that wonderful example of manhood. He will just have to prove himself. Outside of some beautiful pecs I have not seen much.

I agree, I think she is right about being an outcast, people are already calling her freak, freaky girl. But I think she needs to try and use it to whatever advantage she can. Probably no one is threatened by her they just don't really like her, so if she can go to some of the pretty people on her tribe and explain how she is a good person to align with she may have a chance.

I felt bad for Wanda even though I didn't like her singing, seems to have gotten alot of hate for something pretty innocent albeit annoying. Good for her that she played the game her way, didn't work out this time though .

Jolanda was way to bossy and arrogant, Tom would whip her butt everyday and twice on sunday. I'm glad she's gone, she is kinda dumb for not knowing how being that bossy would turn out. Plus voting her out isn't much of a loss for that tribe since they aren't lacking strength at all.

I like Tom and I think he's a very strong player, but I have a feeling he will do well for awhile but as the game goes on people will want him off because of how good he is.

I didn't really like the schoolyard picking elimination thing, maybe if they had to pick who would go on the opposite teams and there was no elimination involved it would have been more interesting for me.

Koror Picking the new camp was a risky move, I bet they were thinking about the possibility that they would be rewarded for taking a chance in picking the unknown camp.

All the supplies they got was disappointing, so much for making it totally on their own.

I also wish it was at least a 90 minute premiere, it felt a bit rushed being only an hour, maybe MB didn't want to overlap The Apprentice .

    Jonathan

I haven't seen this answered yet as to why Jonathan was canned. He was the guy who jumped off the boat when they first arrived. Obviously put a big target on him. I think Stephanie managed to deflect the target by immediately bonding with the others while Jonathan wasn't as savvy.

I was just looking at the photo album on the CBS website and noticed that Jonathan didn't smile too much and was mostly on the fringes of group pics. It makes me think that he didn't bond too much with anyone.

I also noticed that several were quite sunburned, especially Angie, but she was pasty white to begin with. There has been speculation before here on this forum if sunscreen was provided. If it was, some didn't use it.

Ya know, wearing the thong might have actually been brilliant strategy. That blur spot CBS puts over the buns covers a lot more than regular underwear!

Ha ha, a friend of mine has started up a kickball league in Los Angeles. They play every Sunday, but the teams are pre-set. Even HE'S not that mean!

How many months BEFORE getting on the island did Coby practice making his pink polo into a skirt? You just know he did.. I can see him standing in the mirror..turning to the side, looking... critiquing the look.
Too bad Angie didn't plan 'the look'.. or did she?

Why was everyone sobbing over the loss of Wanda/Jonathan?? The theatrics were a bit much. As if they reallllly wanted them to stay. :rolleyes

I would have been busting up laughing at Wanda singing. Not crying.

Yeah, Mav...me too! Her singing was not very good. Sorry Wanda!

It was a pretty good start. I like the fact that they are being given choices...and having to live with the consequences of those choices. Such as possibly dumping your outrigger on the way to your newly selected beach!
