Hey now! Don't sell her short, she demanded peanut butter as well!

You people just aren't on the same level as Jenna. If you were, you would understand. :rolleyes

About Jenna and her mom. When you have cancer you are given estimates about what your condition is and if it would be bad enough, you would be given estimates how long you have to live. Now, if Jenna's mom would have been in a stage where she would have had an estimate of "you have 3 months to live", would Jenna leave home for a month to play a game? Because money was more important than her mom? I don't think her mom could have possibly been doing so badly, that it could justify Jenna being a complete bitch over a letter from home. Or if she would have been in final stages of cancer, why the heck was her daughter Jenna in Survivor, then Jenna sinks even lower in my eyes. Either way, I do think Jenna is a selfish she-devil.

We're definitely not on the same level as Jenna. There are very few people on that low of a level. Proud of it, thanks.

<--Pathetic low life who still says Jenna is a complete self-centered beyotch.

Stevie - see junglejuice12's post above. Took a page longer than I thought, though.

We talk about Jenna because she's on the show!

    Junglejuice,

I realize that she may be your friend, but we are discussing her actions and her attitude. While you might not be excited by how she's portrayed in the show, don't go on reality tv (or any tv for that matter) if you've got a thin skin.

The trajic part is that after she lost the first chance to bid on the letters, she managed to get a second chance (via Christy, no less). Yet when she came back to camp, she continued to bad mouth this other person who was merely playing by the rules.

So feel what you may about Jenna, she was in NO way gracious - that's why few who watch the show view her in a sympathetic way.

I too am aquainted with one of the contestants, but understand the realities of the game.

The way I figure it, if Jenna's mother got sicker, I'm sure the producers or Mark Burnett would inform her, and she'd have the option of leaving. Besides, no news is good news, yes?

    Sorry her mom's sick

I am sorry her mom is sick with cancer. But she applied for this game, she knew she's not going to get any word from home while she's there. It was almost a stroke of luck that she was still there when she was able to hear from home.

And I have to agree with not being in the same level with Jenna. I don't think I could bad mouth so many people like I really knew them longer than 30 days. I am not like that now, and I never was when I was 21 years old. Thank God.
