Ya know, I couldn't help but like him, even though he really didn't seem to do much of anything!
"Rice is great when you're hungry and want 2,000 of something' -- Mitch Hedberg
He was hilarious in that he was all bluff and bluster with no action. "I'm The General. Watch out!" Name one thing he did that resembled a character trait of a general. I can't. But I liked him, especially near the end when his alliance blew apart and he found humility.
He liked chopping wood, too. Gotta respect that.
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

I liked him too.
I loved it when Boston Rob confronted him about being in an alliance with John and he blatantly lied about it by saying "I'm the General, that's it"
What kind of answer is that?
I saw him on the Rosie Show, post boot,he was telling her about his medical problems.
He had a problem with his spine and was told he would regain about 80% mobility if he followed the hospital's program.
He decided to do his own thing and regained 100% mobility in a far shorter time that the hospital said.
