Okay, I just finished watching the show, here are my thoughts:

    1. Sorry Kylie, I know the show won't have the same meaning for you now. Good luck tomorrow morning - may I suggest a slight modification to your sign "Marry me Ken - I can read a map!"

    2. The Pagonging has begun. I'm officially saddened.

    3. I officially despise Brian, Clay, and Helen. Their behavior mocking the folks at TC showed me that deep down they've all got a cruel streak. I thought their behavior was tasteless and crass. Oh, speaking of Brian's wife...

    4. CC has no class and even fewer brains. "Honey, here are your expensive cars. Here's your expensive piano. Here's your home decorated like something out of a soft porn movie - oops! Did I say that outloud? Honey, win the money so we can go to Fiiiiijiiiiiii!" Brian looked truly worried when she came on camera "Uh, if she does anything embarrassing I'm really really really sorry." He must be so proud. I only hope that she ruined his chances of winning, but I get the distinct feeling that Brian has more brains left than Clay, Ted, Helen, and Jan put together, and it won't matter one bit.

    5. Clay better not wear the immunity necklace to bed; he'll roll over and kill somebody. I swear the thing looks like a weapon out of a James Bond flick! In S2, Michael would have used it to kill a pig!

    6. Jake and Ken were more right than they know about how important getting rid of Brian is for Clay. Had he agreed to vote off Brian, the entire power would have shifted; the Brian/Ted alliance would have been shattered, and Clay, Helen, Jan, and Ted would still have had a numerical advantage over the others. Stupid little gnome! And if you think I'm bitter because I had Ken picked second and I'm out of the office pool - you're right!

In closing, let me just say that I'd bet dollars to donuts that CC broke a record tonight; the longest she's been on camera without getting jiggy.

All I can say is that Jake made a tactical error by not going to Jan & Helen. They would definitely have switched and gone for Ted or Brian.

Clay had an unfair advantage in the digging part of the challenge, being a gopher & all. I despise that little snot.

I actually liked Ken above some others. I didn't even expect him to get voted out. All I heard was Ted this and Brian that. Oh well...it made for a good surprise. I don't really know exactly what to think of Ken. He was honest and everything, but there was something very mysterious about him. I don't know...and I guess I'll never find out!

Also, I never really thought of Clay as much of a threat. He seems to be somewhat of a competitor.

As soon as Jake told his people to vote Ted, I turned to my wife. 5 to 3 Ken over Ted, I told her. I never really bought into the idea of Chuay Gahn voting one of their own out. Good show, but I wasn't particularly surprised by the ending.

Jake should definitely have gone to Jan and Helen.
He could always play on the fact that he and Jan picked the teams as a conversation starter, ask her if she would have chosen differently etc.
Jan would have loved the attention I'm sure.

I wasn't surprised either that CG didn't vote for Ted as the SJ's hoped. Ken was a marked target because of his physical strength. Wasn't too impressed with him, though. He never really showed he was that good in the physical competitions and he was just like Robb in the mental competitions. Sorry, Kylie! He is still good looking, though.

And, of course, Jake could have played the Bayut card: "Jan, I love little bats."

Well, it's not too late yet for Jake & Penny to team up with Helen & Jan. Actually, it may be easier without Ken.

    Since I missed the chat...

Did anyone notice that Penny didn't give Ken any hugs? She seemed almost kind of happy about seeing him leave...

(Had to add: did anyone notice Erin's... hmm... things??! I think they looked even bigger now!)
