    Episode 4 CBS "clues"

    From the official CBS site:

Lingering tensions and accusations spill over, pitting the men against the women.

One castaway hopes never to see another castaway again...forever.

A fourth person is voted off the island.

I think that is what Ghandia wants to happen to her tribe.Thats why she took the women away from the men to tell them about her "ordeal".

I think it will ultimately be her downfall and lead to her being voted off.

    I absolutely agree TVJ.

This is an interesting shot though.

Ted is in the heart of the group, plus he says he only sees five people on the island, if he were the one being isolated I don't think he would have used that phrase.
Ghandia is either being isolated or is isolating herself.

She says "......if they start that sh.., I'm gonna shut that sh.. down....".
She doesn't specifically refer to Ted so it would seem that at least some of the others are either believing Ted, disbelieving her or more likely think she is taking this matter too far.

I'm getting a heavy boot vibe from Ghandia next week.

One castaway hopes never to see another castaway again...forever.

I wouldn't be surprised if the above statement referred to the Robb/Shii Ann fued.
It sounds like the kind of thing Robb would say, specially in reaction to Jed getting the boot.

The title of this episode is Gender Bender.
That could simply be refrring to the split of male/female in the Chuay tribe.

From everything I'm seeing, that's exactly what the episode title means.

I wonder if the "bender" part refers to one person breaking ranks and voting against their gender group at TC.
If this is the case I would guess it would be Jan as she didn't seem to be buying Ghandia's story quite as whole-heartedly as Helen.

Maybe it's revealed that Clay is really a woman, or Helen is really a man?

Just kidding...If either of you are reading this.

This is the transcript from the latest CBS promo.
I haven't bothered with the vidcaps as there are lots of them and I don't think they really offer anything new.

Announcer The tension between 2 Survivors...

Ghandia - He was grinding into me

Announcer - ...reaches the breaking point

    Ted - I really can't stand her.

Announcer - Now it's the women versus the men

Helen - I do believe Ghandia's story, the guys will believe Ted's side.

Announcer While on the other side of the island... dissension...

    Stephanie - ughhhhh

    Announcer ...threatens to destroy unity.

Shii Ann: She just hates us!

Announcer - Who will win a bizarre challenge, you have to see to believe and who will go home?

Interesting that the announcer states "dissention threatens to destroy unity" at Sook Jai.
The promo then shows a picture of Steph with her head in her hands.
Steph has never shown any unity with onyone other than Jed and later Robb.
I don't think this is going to lead to the breakup of the larger group so perhaps the unity that is destroy is Robb/Steph, with Robb deciding to join up with the others.
Other than that I see this as CBS misdirection.

    CBS misdirection?? NEVER!

I've decided I really need to expect NOTHING, as these promos seem to be nothing but hype to me lately!

Expect the least and be pleasently suprised
